Traditional Bajan hot pepper sauce with flavours of mustard and lime.
This traditional sauce from Barbados works well with Caribbean classics such as curry goat, stew chicken with rice and peas, Cou Cou and patties. The summery, hot mustard flavour of this sauce means it is a perfect addition to burgers too. The sauce itself is both vegan and gluten free, made with only natural ingredients.
Ingredients: Chillies, onion, MUSTARD, spirit vinegar (SULPHITES), garlic, spices, sugar, salt, lime, potassium sorbate
Whilst there are no nuts or gluten in the ingredients used, this sauce may contain nuts and gluten as the sauces are manufactured in a kitchen that carries both of these allergens.
All sauces are made on a week by week basis and currently have a 12 month shelf life.
