Great Scott Hot Sauce is a small independent business started by Freya and Joseph in 2017. We have always had an obsession for chillies and their versatility. Here in Cornwall we find ourselves surrounded by amazing produce, which we have combined with our ideas and passion for spice to create our own unique sauces which we hope to share with all chilli heads and foodies alike!

All the sauces use different types of chillies, some you may not have heard of, which gives each sauce its own distinct flavour and heat level. This ensures there is an entry point for everyone to try our delicious sauces and keep coming back for more!
