Szechuan Black Bean

Product Description

A rich umami sauce, perfect for cooking or using as a marinade. 

This sauce is made using 2 different types of Szechuan chillies and our own blend of Chinese 5 Spice, giving it a perfectly balanced heat which makes it great for making stir-fries and Asian inspired dishes. 

Ingredients: Gluten-free vegetable stock, fermented black beans, water, onion, red pepper, rice vinegar (sulphites), vegetable oil, ginger, chillies, Shaoxing rice wine, gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, five spice, potassium sorbate.

Whilst there are no nuts or gluten in the ingredients used, this sauce may contain nuts and gluten as the sauces are manufactured in a kitchen that carries both of these allergens.

All sauces are made on a week by week basis and currently have a 12 month shelf life.
